Will this affect every class?
No. The majority of our classes will continue exactly as scheduled. This policy only applies to the occasional class with very low attendance.
How will I know if my class has been cancelled?
If your class is affected, you'll receive an email and push notification at least 8 hours before the class begins. We recommend checking this before travelling to the studio, especially if you're booked into an early morning, evening, or quieter class.
I don't receive your newsletters. Will I still receive these notifications?
Yes. Class cancellations are NOT marketing emails or messages. This means you'll still receive important updates about your bookings even if you've chosen not to subscribe to our newsletters or push notifications.
